Our Values, the Code of Conduct and the Corporate and Operative Policies are defined within the scope of Glencore’s sustainability management and corporative administration system, called Glencore Corporate Practice, GCP. The GCP framework represents our commitment with the good corporate practices, the internal standards and policies and the external regulatory requirements in force that everyone who works for Glencore, notwithstanding their location or function, must enforce.
The Prodeco Group adopted the Glencore’s Corporate Practice as its corporate governance framework, incorporating the Values, the Conduct of Code and it Corporate and Operational Policies into the Corporate Practices of the Prodeco Group (PCGP).
The Code of Conduct applies to all of the Prodeco Group companies and operations including the mining transportation and exportation of coal as well as in the administrative and corporate management offices. It applies to all permanent and temporary employees, directors and officers as well as contractors (where they are under a relevant contractual obligation) to these businesses.
